Are LOARANA dates fresh or dried?
They are whole dates, freshly harvested and frozen within days of harvest, so they stay soft and tender with nothing added. Keep them frozen until you are ready to enjoy them.
Do the dates have pits?
Yes. Every date is sold whole, with the pit in. This is printed on the box as well.
How should I store them?
Your order ships ambient. For best color and texture, keep frozen until ready to enjoy. After opening, refrigerate. Let the dates sit for about 20 minutes before serving. Shelf life is 18 months, and the best before date is printed on the box.
Where do LOARANA dates come from?
A single growing region in Libya. Every box is labeled Product of Libya.
Can I subscribe?
Not yet. Subscribe and Save 10% on multipacks and bundles opens when the store is live. Until then every order is a one-time purchase.
Where do you ship, and what does it cost?
Free U.S. standard shipping on orders of $75 or more. Standard shipping is $9.99 on U.S. orders under $75. U.S. express shipping is $24.99 per order. Canadian shipping and import-charge details will be confirmed before ordering opens.
Do you ship to Canada?
Yes, every LOARANA box ships to Canada. Canadian shipping and import-charge details will be confirmed before ordering opens.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, email hello@loarana.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will replace the affected product or issue a full refund. You will not need to send the damaged product back.
Can I send LOARANA as a gift?
Yes. Each LOARANA box arrives with gold foil detailing and a card inside, ready to send to someone you care about. For bulk or corporate gifting, see Wholesale.
