Shipping policy

We ship across the United States and Canada.

Rates

United States. Free U.S. standard shipping on orders of $75 or more. Standard shipping is $9.99 on U.S. orders under $75. U.S. express shipping is $24.99 per order. Free U.S. standard shipping on every subscription delivery. Rates are shown before payment, and no handling fees are added.

Canada. Canadian shipping is calculated at checkout. Canadian shipping and import-charge details will be confirmed before ordering opens. Rates are shown before payment, and no handling fees are added. Delivery takes about 3 to 7 business days after dispatch, plus customs clearance.

Processing time

Orders placed before 2 p.m. Eastern on business days are usually processed the same day. Later orders, weekend orders, and orders placed on public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery times

United States. Standard shipping takes about 3 to 5 business days after dispatch. Express shipping takes about 1 to 2 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs are beyond our control, and shipping charges cannot be refunded for such delays.

Pre-orders

Pre-order items ship in the window shown on the product page and in your order confirmation. Your card is charged at the time of order. If the window changes, we will email you before anything ships.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed once your parcel ships. It can take up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Storage

Your order ships ambient. For best color and texture, keep frozen until ready to enjoy. After opening, refrigerate. Let the dates sit for about 20 minutes before serving. Shelf life is 18 months, and the best-before date is printed on every box.

Damaged deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, email hello@loarana.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will replace the affected product or issue a full refund. You will not need to send the damaged product back.
