Shipping policy

We ship across the United States and Canada.

Rates:  
United States.  Free standard US shipping on orders over $75. Standard $10, Express $20.   
Canada. Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination, Rates are Included taxes and duty. Rates are shown before payment, and no handling fees are added. 

Processing time:  
Orders placed before 2pm Eastern on business days are usually processed the same day. Later orders, weekend orders, or those on public holidays are processed the next business day. 

Delivery times:  
United States.  Standard takes about 3–5 business days after dispatch; Express takes 1–2. Delays due to carriers, weather, or customs are beyond our control, and shipping charges can’t be refunded for such delays.

 
Canada.  About 3–7 business days after dispatch, plus customs clearance. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays due to carriers, weather, or customs are beyond our control, and shipping charges can’t be refunded for such delays.

Tracking:  
A tracking number will be emailed once your parcel is shipped. It may take up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Packing:  
Dates are kept frozen and shipped in insulated retail packaging. Refrigerate upon receiving to maintain quality and flavor. If you don’t plan to enjoy them right away, keep them frozen until ready to eat for the best preservation. They’re tastiest at room temperature, so let them sit out for about 20 minutes before serving.
