LOARANA LLC (“LOARANA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates loarana.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what choices you have.
We keep this short and plain on purpose. If anything, here is unclear, email Hello@loarana.com and we will explain it.
Information we collect
Information you give us - Name, email address, shipping and billing address, and phone number when you place an order or join our mailing list - Payment card details, which go directly to our payment processor we never see or store your full card number - Gift messages and delivery instructions - Anything you send us by email or contact form
Information collected automatically - Device and browser type, operating system, and IP address - Pages viewed, links clicked, time on site, and the site you arrived from - Cookies and similar technologies (see below)
Information from others - Order and fraud-screening data from our payment processor - Delivery status from shipping carriers - Aggregate advertising data from platforms where we advertise
We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13, and our products are not marketed to children.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Some analytics and advertising cookies may qualify as “sharing” or as “sale” under certain state privacy laws even without money changing hands. You can opt out at any time using the cookie banner or the link in our footer.
We may also disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect our rights, safety, or property. If our business is sold or merged, customer information may transfer as part of that transaction.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep your cart working, remember preferences, measure traffic, and if you allow them — measure advertising. Essential cookies cannot be turned off because the site will not function without them. Everything else you control through our cookie banner or your browser settings.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Correct anything inaccurate
• Delete it, subject to records we must legally keep
• Port it to another service in a portable format
• Opt out of targeted advertising, of any activity that counts as a sale or sharing, and of profiling with legal effects

Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Maryland, Texas, Oregon, Montana, Delaware, Iowa, Minnesota, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Tennessee, Utah, Indiana, Kentucky, and Rhode Island have some or all of these rights under state law. We extend them to every customer regardless of where you live.
To make a request: email Hello@loarana.com with the subject line “Privacy Request.” We will verify your identity usually by confirming order details and respond within 45 days. If we need more time, we will tell you why and take no more than another 45 days.
If we say no, you may appeal by replying to our response. We will review the appeal and give you a written answer within 60 days. If we deny the appeal, we will tell you how to contact your state Attorney General.
An authorized agent may make a request on your behalf with written permission.
Marketing
• Email: unsubscribe using the link at the bottom of any marketing email
• Text messages: reply STOP to any message. Consent to marketing texts is never a condition of purchase, and we will never text you unless you separately and affirmatively opted in
• Service messages about an order you placed are not marketing and will continue
Canadian customers
We ship to Canada and handle Canadian personal information in accordance with PIPEDA. Canadian residents have the right to access and correct their information and to withdraw consent use the same contact address above. Note that information may be stored or processed in the United States and may be subject to lawful access requests there.
Security and retention
We use industry-standard safeguards, and our payment processing is PCI-DSS compliant. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We keep order records as long as required by tax, customs, and food-safety law generally at least seven years for financial records, and longer for FSVP and food-traceability records. Marketing consent records are kept for at least five years. Everything else is deleted when no longer needed.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, including to reflect changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will post the revised Privacy Policy on this website, update the "Last updated" date and provide notice as required by applicable law.
